WinSPA requires a hardware readout of the 
rate generator's output.

This can be accomplished as follows

1.) Make sure that the following jumpers on the counter module (20007-M) are set 

	W10,12,14
	W15,17,20
	W21,23,25,27

2.) Connect the rate generator output (=Gate0/Gate1 inputs) to ch31 of digital input section

	The easiest way is:
	- solder a wire on jumper W15 or W17 
	- connect this wire to the topmost pin of pinhead p2 
		(= ch31 = MSB of port 3, refer to section 2.5, p4 of carrier board manual)
		!! Do not connect to digital ground (neighbored pin)
	- optional: connect shielding of wire (like RG178 or similar) to the neighbored
		digital ground pin
